November 2009 - Assault Case Dismissed!
In Quincy District Court:
The client was accused of getting into an argument with another group. They said that during the argument the client threatened to pull out a gun and shoot them. The prosecution wanted to send the client to jail. Attorney Brant convinced the court not to enter a guilty finding against the client, and to leave the case open for 18 months.
