Assault & Battery Charges Against College Student Dismissed

In Boston Municipal Court:

The client was a college student who was arrested and charged by the Boston Police with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. The police alleged that he got in a fight and kicked and punched the victim, severely injuring him. At first the prosecution was calling for jail for the client. Attorney Brant negotiated with the prosecution that there were actually many people involved in this melee and that they could not prove who committed any of the victim's very serious injuries. The prosecution ultimately agreed.
