Assault & Battery Charges Dismissed

A client, the owner of an automobile business, was arrested for assault and battery. The police came to his house because of a neighbor's call. When the police arrived they spoke to the client and to the client's wife separately. The police rushed to judgment and believed the wife's story and arrested the client.
