Heroin Trafficking Charges Dismissed!

In Charlestown District Court:
The client was arrested for trafficking heroin in a School Zone. He faced a minimum of 7 years in state prison. Through a series of suppression and dismissal motions, Attorney Brant argued that the evidence against his client was very weak. The court agreed and the Dismissal Motion was allowed.
