No Jail for Man Facing Multiple Felonies

The client got into a Road Rage argument with another driver. The two got out of their cars and got into a fight. The police came to the scene. The client panicked, got into his car and took off on a several miles long police chase that went from Roxbury, through Boston city streets, onto the Interstate, through the O'Neill Tunnel, ending in Charlestown. The client drove at high speeds, through wrong way traffic and on sidewalks. He struck several police and innocent bystander cars. He was charged with various felonies, including multiple counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. The prosecution was seeking years in jail for him.
