Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon Charges Dismissed

In Boston Municipal Court a man was charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. Boston criminal defense attorney Brant took on the case and argued that the evidence did not satisfy the portion of the charge of "dangerous weapon" and that the client should not have a conviction on his record. The Court agreed and reduced the charge from the felony to a simple misdemeanor of Assault and Battery.
