Probation Violations Charges Dropped

In the Boston Municipal Court this month a client was in custody facing numerous Probation Violations. The Probation Officer was seeking a minimum of 1 year in jail. Boston criminal defense attorney Brant argued to the Court that his client was deserving of another chance, that he had made progress in many facets of his life, that he had corrected the ways of his past. The Court agreed with Attorney Brant and freed his client. All charges were dropped and the client faced no jail-time.
