Property Damage Charges Dismissed.
A client was charged with doing a tremendous amount of damage to a building. Boston criminal defense lawyer Thomas Brant investigated the allegations and proved that his client could not be identified at the scene of the incident. There was no credible evidence that could place him at the location at the time of the damage. In the end the prosecution agreed with attorney Thomas Brant and all charges were dismissed.
