Domestic Assault, Battery and Intimidation of a Witness Charges Dropped

Early this month one of our clients, a business executive, was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault and Battery and Intimidation of a Witness. The government alleged that they had both physical evidence, photographs, and witnesses to prove their case. Attorney Brant argued that the "evidence" was inconclusive and that the charges could not be proved. The Court agreed and all charges were dropped.
