Larceny and Receiving Stolen Property Charges Dropped

At the Concord District Court this month a client was arrested by the police and charged with Larceny and Receiving Stolen Property in an alleged check stealing scam. Boston criminal defense attorney Brant argued that the government’s evidence against his client was weak and that his client could not be identified as being involved in the scam. As a result all the charges were dismissed.
