Larceny Charges Dropped

At the Dorchster District Courthouse this month a client was charged with Larceny. The government alleged that he was part of a car repair scam in which money is taken, the car is held for some period of days, a phony work receipt is drawn up, and then the car is returned to the owner, with little or no work performed.

At trial, Boston criminal defense attorney Brant proved that the government witnesses were just not believable and that the witnesses, not the client, may have been the ones trying to pull a scam. All charges were dropped in the end.
