Robbery Charged Dropped

At the Middlesex Superior Court this month a client was alleged to be part of a group that broke into a house and stole large amounts of cash and jewelry. He was charged with Robbery, among other offenses. Attorney Brant attacked the strength of the government’s case and its so-called evidence. Through a series of discovery motions, attorney Brant was able to show that the case had many weaknesses.

Boston criminal defense attorney Brant argued a Motion To Dismiss to the Court, requesting that all the indictments be dismissed. The Court agreed and the Motion to Dismiss was allowed. As a result, all Indictments were dismissed.
